Basahin mo, Sundin mo, Gawin mo, Bawal Magtapon ng Basura Dito!

Every morning, when I go outside to buy our breakfast, you will see an almost flood of garbage. What's the most mad thing is that even though that that place have a signboard saying "Bawal magtapon ng basura dito!" and it has a fine of P1000,yet, they keep on doing it!

The citizens who must use that sidewalk cannot use it because of those garbage that blocks the way. The garbage trucks who came every morning before 9, they just leave those little plastic of garbage.

I hope that one day they will increase the fine from P1000 to P5000 to make them feel that the they were serious and to keep our street clean again.
